Maria is an 8 year old girl who learned Yell and Tell. When she saw some children playing with a gun she knew what to do. She was very afraid but knew she had to find a big person and tell them right away. The kids that were playing with the gun thought it was fun, but Maria knew better. Even though they teased her and told her they were going to go get the bullets, she knew she needed to tell a big person right away.
